Registration has closed as we are now onsite for the Congress.

For all queries, including new registrations, please ask the staff at the registration desk when you arrive at the Congress. The registration desk will be located in the Bayside Foyer on Level 1 at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre and will be operating at the following times:

Please note that all persons intending to attend the Congress must register including Invited Speakers, Chairpersons, Delegates, Exhibitors and Sponsors.

Payment of Fees

Payment may be made by personal cheque or MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners credit cards. Please note credit card transactions will appear on your statement as ‘Conference by arinex’.

Cheques should be made payable to ‘arinex on behalf of WCP 2011' and can only be accepted until 14 June 2011. All cheque payments will incur a $10 processing fee.

We are unable to accept payment in the form of EFT transfer.

Note: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment is received in full.

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form. Your letter of acknowledgement will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Congress.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the congress and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the congress, or through cancellation of the congress, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Congress Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

Private Touring and Hospitality Arrangements

Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Congress Managers who will be pleased to assist with arrangements.

Private Functions

It is requested that you advise the Congress Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program. The Congress Managers will be pleased to assist with arrangements for any of these events.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Managers.
Cancellation before 24 May 2011 will incur an A$100.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellation before 13 July 2011 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
Cancellation after 13 July 2011 forfeits all fees paid.

Accommodation
A minimum one night’s deposit must be paid or credit card details given at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
Deposit is non-refundable at 21 June 2011.

Social Program
Payments are non-refundable at 13 July 2011.

Tours
Payments are non-refundable at 13 July 2011.
